Wellness Massage Therapy for Cancer Patients
As part of our continued effort to help people with quality of life and wellbeing, we are now accepting appointments for Wellness Oncology Massages; specially designed massage therapy to help cancer patients cope with the physical and emotional effects of their illness and the treatments involved.
Having undergone training specific to the needs of individuals who have gone, are going or have recently been through treatment, our massage therapists will work with each person to ensure they are comfortable, safe and can enjoy the full benefits of this nurturing and supportive massage.
This is also a wonderful gift to give should you find yourself facing the dilemma of wanting to help someone you care about, but not really knowing how. Physical, mental and emotional benefits are immediately felt and the care they are given is gracious and professional.

The Oncology Wellness Massage Treatment:
For those who need a healing touch before, during or after cancer treatment. Specially trained therapists help relax you and restore a sense of wellbeing. Please allow 15 additional minutes for a required health interview on your first visit. This is a full body massage, but no deep tissue or aggressive styles will be used. The use of steam in the shower afterwards should be avoided. If any surgery has been involved, six weeks must have passed since the operation.
